Tedori canyon is such a beautiful canyon that has been made by Tedori river from Hakusan mountains. 20〜30 meter-cliff continues for about 8 km from Kamashimizu (Koumon bridge) to Kawarayama (Taizan bridge). Falling water of Watagaki waterfall looks like cotton, that is reason why the river is called "Wata"gaki waterfall. "Wata" means cotton in Japanese.
