stating: “We were unable to complete the verification of the credit card you registered at the time of your reservation. Please follow the link to complete the verification process.”

This email was not sent by our restaurant.

Furthermore, online reservations are typically managed and processed—including payment—through the respective booking sites. We never send emails to customers containing links asking them to verify credit card information registered on those booking sites.

Therefore,

if you receive an email stating:
“We were unable to verify the card used for your reservation”
or
“Please enter and verify your card information via this link,”

please exercise extreme caution.

Under no circumstances should you click on any links included in the email body, nor should you enter any credit card information—such as your card number, expiration date, or security code—or any personal information on the linked page.

Such emails may be “phishing scams” designed to fraudulently obtain credit card information by impersonating our hotel.

If you receive such an email, please delete it immediately.

If you have already entered your credit card information on the linked page, please contact your credit card company immediately.
